후쿠주는 1751년 고베 나다 지역에 설립되어 13대째 가문이 경영하는 고베 슈신칸의 주력 브랜드입니다. 롯코 산맥의 명수 미야미즈와 산기슭에서 재배된 최고급 야마다니시키 쌀이 만나는 곳에 위치한 후쿠주는, 나다의 전통적인 강인한 스타일과 달리 고온당화모토 발효법을 통해 깨끗하고 우아하며 과일향이 풍부한 사케를 추구합니다. 후쿠주 준마이 긴조는 2017년 국제 사케 챌린지에서 최고 금상을 수상하고, 같은 해 노벨상 만찬에서 제공되었습니다.
