데와쓰루
아키타 세이슈는 1865년 이토 쥬시로에 의해 창업하였으며, 현재 아키타현 다이센시에 위치하고 있습니다. 1913년 데와 지방의 청주가 학처럼 우아하기를 바라는 마음을 담아 데와쓰루로 개명하였습니다. 양조장은 아키타산 쌀만을 사용하며, '청주 양조는 쌀 재배에서 시작된다'는 철학 아래 대표 브랜드 야마토시즈쿠 라인의 쌀은 양조장 반경 10km 이내에서 재배된 것만 사용합니다. 데와 구릉의 눈 녹은 물이 각 양조에서 맑고 부드러운 물의 원천이 됩니다.
