Tokubetsu junmai muroka nama genshu brewed from Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 60%, pressed using the traditional sasajiki-funashibori method at a Tochigi brewery founded in 1860. Low polishing and no filtration keep the flavor rooted in the rice, with clean acidity and a refreshing, lively finish.
