Description

Sugata Junmai Ginjo Murokanamagenshu Omachi uses Omachi, one of Japan's oldest surviving sake rice varieties originally from Okayama Prefecture, known for imparting an earthy, mineral depth and a rich, complex flavor profile distinct from more aromatic modern varieties. Brewed by Ibaraki Shuzo in Tochigi and bottled unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undiluted, this junmai ginjo allows the full character of Omachi rice to express itself without interference. The namagenshu treatment delivers the sake at full concentration and with vivid raw energy.
