Hyogo Yume Nishiki rice cultivated in the Sakakoshi area of Ako is the raw material for this sanhai junmai, pressed by tobin drip and bottled as muroka nama genshu without filtration or pasteurization. The local rice origin, gravity pressing, and zero processing combine for a vivid, intensely flavored junmai.
