明治40年,在全国清酒鉴评会上曾荣获日本第一的品牌,是以当时最高等级的大米——雄露町米酿造的新米纯米酒。距那份荣耀已过去整整一个世纪,我们为追求最高佳酿而倾力酿造的纯米大吟酿,仅使用雄町发源地高岛地区的雄町米酿制而成。为了向现代极限发起挑战,将本不适合高度精米的雄町米磨至40%。这是我们穷尽酿酒技艺、不断精进至能够发挥真正价值之日所能达到的巅峰之作。为将对创业者的敬意铭刻于酒与品牌之中,决定唯有此酒冠以创业者之名「全冠」。
