Tokubetsu junmai released as a fresh shinshu from the R1BY brewing year at a Fukui brewery founded in 1716 in Echizen Town. Brewed with Hakusan-system spring water from the Yasaka Shrine and Echizen Town-grown rice, it reflects the brewery's all-Fukui sourcing philosophy.
