Named for the ukiyo-e artist Utamaro, this tokubetsu junmai uses Miyama Nishiki polished to 55% and Daisetsuzan mountain springwater. No product-specific tasting notes were found, though it mirrors the brewery's hallmark dry, clean junmai profile.
