The Osakazuki Junmai Daiginjo is the pinnacle expression from Makino Shuzo, Gunma Prefecture's oldest brewery founded in 1690 and a multi-award winner at the Kanto-Shinetsu Regional Liquor Evaluation Competition. Highly polished rice produces a delicate, refined sake with an ethereal floral fragrance, silky texture, and a clean, dry finish of lasting elegance. A showcase of the brewery's mastery at the highest level of pure-rice ginjo craft.
