使用山田锦、不添加酿造酒精以纯米酿制的大盃定番酒。即使精米度70%也呈现出淡丽舒适的辛口风格,米的鲜味与温和酸味的平衡堪称出色。元禄创业的牧野酒造不使用任何蒸馏技术所表现的,朴实而不易饮腻的纯粹米鲜味。

群马县
元禄3年(1690年),初代长兵卫开始酿造日本酒,江户时代历代以"长盛"为品牌名。当幕府勘定奉行小栗上野介赴美归国后,先祖举杯庆贺,以大盃相迎,遂将酒名更改为"大盃",延续至今。
