Polished to 50% and separated by centrifuge rather than pressing, this junmai daiginjo namagenshu from the Nishijin label is bottled without filtration. The centrifugal separation method produces a rich aroma and refined, off-flavor-free taste at the historic Kyoto Rakuchu brewery.
