Ginjo from Yamagata's Yonetsuru brewery using locally grown Yamagata rice polished to 65%, produced as a namazume (nama-chozo) cold-storage ginjo for Ukitamu region retailers. Mild, unobtrusive aroma and soft flavor that harmonizes with food, reflecting the brewery's style of balance between freshness, aroma, and a clean finish.
