Kamotsuru Junmaishu Omachi is a pure rice sake from Kamotsuru Shuzo Co., Ltd in Hiroshima, brewed with Omachi rice, an heirloom variety originating in Okayama that is prized for its depth and complexity. Kamotsuru's Hiroshima soft-water brewing technique brings out the earthy richness and full body that Omachi is known to produce.
