A junmai daiginjo featuring Kairyo Shinko at 44% polishing, a variety that was Yamagata's first dedicated sake rice and a forerunner to later regional breeds like Dewa Sansan and Yuki Megami. The nose shows melon-like fruit and the palate is slightly dry with transparent clarity and a clean, refined finish.
