据载,我家第一代先祖于天和年间(1681至1683年)自大和(奈良县)迁居佐原。第五代开始酿酒,时为天保十三年(1842年)。此后与佐原共同走过逾三百年历史,守护传统制造工艺,以家族事业酿造清酒与味醂。
