
Description
A junmai ginjo brewed with Ehime-grown Matsuyamamii rice milled to 60%, bottled unfiltered and sealed with a single bottle-pasteurization before summer storage. The sake is then chilled through summer, producing a rounded, matured character with light color and a smooth entry giving way to rice umami and a gentle bitterness on the finish.
