Produced at one of Saitama's most respected all-junmai breweries, this kimoto junmaishu follows the labor-intensive traditional starter method using only rice, koji, and Chichibu mountain aquifer water. Full-bodied and dry with firm structure from the hard water source, it is designed for aging and rewards warm serving.
