平成二十一年度产秘藏酒 万叶山鹤 纯米大吟酿

Heiseinijuichinendosanhizoshu Manyoyamatsuru Junmai Daiginjo is a vintage pure rice daiginjo from Nakamotoshuzouten in Nara, produced in Heisei Year 21 (2009) and preserved as a hizoshu, a carefully stored aged reserve. The Manyo reference in the label name evokes the Manyoshu, Japan's oldest anthology of poetry compiled largely during the Nara period, connecting this sake to the deep cultural and historical identity of the region. Years of controlled aging have developed the sake's complexity well beyond its original fermentation character, offering layers of matured rice flavor rooted in Nara's classical brewing tradition.
