花之井 纯米酒

Hananoi Junmaishu is a pure-rice sake from Nishioka Honten in Sakuragawa, Ibaraki, brewed with locally grown Ibaraki rice and soft spring water from the Tsukuba mountain system. The brewery, with over 240 years of history, produces its entire lineup as junmai and was awarded the platinum prize at the 2017 Salon du Sake in Paris.
