福井县
南部酒造场历史可追溯至享保18年(1733年),曾为大野藩御用商家。1901年第六代店主铁三开始酿酒,"花垣"品牌由此诞生;第七代酒造走访全国名酒藏习得酿酒技艺,在评比中屡获佳绩,1938年获选为献上酒。目前当家第九代高穗专注于珍视传统与手工酿造,不断探索日本酒的可能性。酒藏使用在福井县大野市街道上涌出的"南麻清水"酿酒,该水于2006年获认定为"福之美味水",并以矿泉水形式出售,酿酒原料亦以当地产的五百万石等优质酒米为主。
