这家老字号酒造在明治初期以"大太世界"品牌经营,战时被迫与当地大型酒造合并,战后在姬路味噌、酱油等酿造商的资本支持下重振灘酒文化,以"福鹤"品牌重新出发。代表品牌"九藏"之名,源于1995年地震中倒塌仓库的废墟之上,重新孕育出的新生。现以小批量、接近手工的吟酿酿造为主,是一家追求传统灘酒精髓、全年提供新鲜清酒的酒造。
