Fukutsukasa is the flagship label of Fukutsukasa Sake Co. in Kushiro, Hokkaido, the only sake brewery in the Kushiro region. Founded in 1919, it brews with pristine Hokkaido water in one of Japan's coldest brewing climates, producing clean, refreshing sake shaped by the raw natural landscape of eastern Hokkaido.
