简介
Five Red Junmaikarakuchi uses a blend of Nippon Bare and Yamada Nishiki, both polished to 60%, and is brewed in 100% wooden vats at Sakai Shuzo in Iwakuni, Yamaguchi. The junmai is strongly dry with a sake meter value of approximately +12, built for a crisp, clean finish with noticeable acidity.
