Daisekkei Daiginjo Yamada Nishiki Genshu Shuppinbingakoi is a competition-entry daiginjo bottled in a specially selected bottle, using Yamada Nishiki polished to 39% from this 1898-founded Alpine Nagano brewery. Released at full genshu strength for concentrated character, this expression has won Imperial Household recognition and Grand Prize at the National New Sake Competition.
