蜕变。蜕变是流动的硬水。瞄准「最高酒米」称号的山田锦,特别是被认定为特A地区的兵库县产米,经精米至35%。以雨水硬水酿制的至高纯米大吟酿。为追求独一无二的「天上果实香」,采用1701酵母。去除华丽的浮躁,以高雅的气韵升腾而起的吟酿香。热情光芒之中,仍是无限澄澈通透的口感。入喉轻盈,在舌尖感受到丝丝清凉,那便是雨之精华。第七代水野将心魂注入每一滴的逸品,配有赠礼专用全桐木箱。
