普通的日本酒以米为原料、用水酿制,而贵酿酒则以日本酒代替酿造用水进行酿制。仅以日本酒酿造,就能赋予酒体极为突出的醇厚感与酸味,因此也非常适合作为餐前酒、餐后酒享用。木户泉酒造的贵酿酒更具个性,酿造所用的酒正是纯米Afs。与普通酒相比,以甜味和酸味更为突出的Afs酿制,使甜味与酸味的层次更加深邃。
