自古以来,酿酒需要众多工匠参与,但随着工具的进步,相关职业日益减少。工匠本身也是一种职业,而木桶因维护管理效率低下,已在大多数酒藏中停止使用。木户泉至今仍使用大量木制工具进行酿造。出于延续木桶文化的考量,此次决定重新引入。淡淡的木香融入其中,成就温润醇厚的口感,这正是木桶酿造特有的风味。
