沿革
- 1775Founded in Anei 4 (1775). The brand name "Asahimasamune" was chosen to evoke a sake as refreshing as the morning sun and to wish for business prosperity, and the sake shop began at its current location in Sakura-ku, Saitama City. The area was originally farmland, so the family brewed sake alongside farming; after WWII the business focused solely on sake brewing and has continued for over 200 years as the only sake brewery in Urawa.
