松緑酒造自江户时代起便在当地经营酒母，供应津轻一带的酒铺。1904年（明治37年）转型为清酒生产，此后始终珍视酒母技术这一酒藏根脉，传承代代相传的酿造技艺与工具，将清酒文化延续后世。旗下「松緑」「Reine」与挑战新酿造的「六根」等各品牌，皆坚持传统手工酿制。

- 1904Converted from producing sake-mother (moto) for other brewers to producing sake itself.
- 1959Incorporated as a joint-stock company.
- 2016Became the first brewery in Aomori Prefecture to receive Kosher certification and converted to producing only junmai (no added brewer's alcohol) sake.
