- 1550The Konishi family began brewing sake.
- 1635Named the brand 'Shirayuki' (White Snow).
- 1893Exhibited at the World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago.
- 1933Konishi Shuzo Co., Ltd. was incorporated.
- 1963Completed the sake industry's first four-season brewing plant.
- 1995Opened the Shirayuki Brewery Village Choju-gura.
- 2020Recognized as part of a Japan Heritage site; marked the 470th anniversary of its founding.
