Ura Gasanryu is the limited-distribution side label of Shindo Sake Brewery in Yonezawa, Yamagata, created to explore different sake rice varieties outside the brewery-grown Dewa Sansan used in the main Gasanryu line. Expressions vary by rice type, and the series carries limited availability through select retailers.
