Junmai muroka nama genshu brewed from Miyama Nishiki polished to 70% at a Ueda, Nagano brewery that revived its production in 2015. Unpasteurized and unfiltered, it retains a vibrant freshness with citrus-bright acidity and a full, slightly grippy texture from the low-polishing approach.
