本酒造約於1716年由伊籠屋家第三代伊七創立,近300年來專注於清酒的生產與銷售。酒藏周邊有著逾1300年歷史的神社守護,北側為岡山縣指定史蹟日本第一熊野大社,南側為山伏修行道場權現流龍院。酒造以釀酒職人和家族之力,使用後山聖水,憑藉精湛的釀造技術,連續四年榮獲廣島國稅局局長獎,儘管規模小巧,依然全力以赴。
