Description
This kimoto junmai is creamy and unctuous, with notes of cashew milk, oat milk foam, nutmeg and cultured butter over a base of freshly steamed rice. Roasted parsnip and hollandaise like richness add further depth. Despite the creamy texture, it finishes subtle and dry rather than sweet.

小玉釀造創立於1879年，以秋田名峰為名釀造「太平山」清酒，「秋田流儀」工法即起源於此。1907年改組為公司體制，1923年正式涉足釀酒業。1938年推出秋田首款冷酒「冷太平山」，翌年在全國酒類品評會5169件參評品中榮獲第一，令「太平山」之名享譽全國。
