Soukuu Junmai Ginjo from Fujioka Shuzo in Fushimi, Kyoto, is the flagship middle-tier expression of this exclusively junmai brewery revived in 2002, shaped by Fushimi's famously soft, sweet water and the owner-toji's philosophy that good sake always reaches both the heavens and people's hearts. Hand-crafted by fifth-generation Masaaki Fujioka, it delivers the balanced, food-friendly elegance that has made Fushimi one of Japan's most celebrated sake-brewing districts.
