Description
Sake has been created that uses the rice ingredients to be exclusive and reminiscent of ancient sake brewing. Purple-black rice is used, and the skin part is rich in polyphenols called cyanidine-3-glucoside (chestnutmin). This bright color and flavor are created by maximizing the polyphenols contained in the rice skin.
