It is a pure rice sake with 100%5 million stones from Niigata Prefecture 60%positive rice. We have made the wild flavor peculiar to mountain abandoned in a tank for more than two years, and determines the time of drinking. A Junmaishu made from 100% Gohyakumangoku from Niigata prefecture and 60% polished rice. The wild taste peculiar to Yamahai is matured in a tank for more than 2 years, and the best time to drink is determined.
