Hatsushibori from Nishiida Shuzoten is a new-season unfiltered junmai, pressed fresh and bottled without heat treatment to preserve the lively character of the brewing year. Sunflower and apple blossom flower yeast contribute a honeydew-like aroma and a finish with a hint of apple-like sweetness.
