Kimoto brewing is applied to this tokubetsu honjozo from Asahikawa, using the traditional hand-grinding starter method that builds complex natural acidity and full flavor. Chilled, it drinks clean and dry; warmed, the flavor opens into a richer, more aromatic expression.
