嚴冬時節瓶裝後冷藏保存直至夏季低溫貯藏。整體口感帶有微碳酸,略為辛口。初飲衝擊感較強,但在口中擴散的味道柔和,帶有糯米般的甜感,收尾辛口乾淨。
