This nigori carries aromas of cream, yogurt, lime and ginger with hints of cinnamon and marshmallow. Despite its cloudy style, it drinks fresh, bright and lively with a frothy, mousse like texture, showing umami tinged flavors of lemon zest, Asian pear, coconut water and kombu.
