Description

Miyakanbai Junmai Ginjo 45% Hiyaoroshi is a seasonal autumn release from Kanbai Syuzo in Miyagi, made with rice polished to 45% and aged through the summer before being bottled without a second pasteurization in the fall. Hiyaoroshi sake develops a rounded, mellow character from summer maturation while retaining a freshness that distinguishes it from fully pasteurized products.
