這是本藏的最高峰之作,使用釀酒適合米山田錦釀造的純米大吟釀。歷經三天三夜緩慢熟成至35%,為自家釀造。米投入後,再經過兩週的充分熟成。醪採用低溫發酵,米僅使用小粒米釀造的純米大吟釀吟釀。
