美波太平洋 純米酒酒 『銅鐸の里から』

🍶
Description

Minamitaiheiyo Junmaishuzake Dotakunosatokara, meaning from the village of bronze bells, from Kisuki Shuzo in Shimane references the dotaku, ancient bronze bells excavated from Shimane and other parts of Japan that are considered important Yayoi-period cultural artifacts. This junmai sake, brewed without added alcohol, draws on the agricultural and ritual heritage of the Yayoi period, when rice cultivation and communal brewing practices first took root in Japan. The evocative name places this accessible pure-rice sake within a continuum of rice culture stretching back thousands of years in the Izumo region.
