Mikotsuru Junmai is the foundational pure-rice expression from Suwa Mikotsuru Shuzojo in Shimosuwa, Nagano, a brewery that rapidly gained acclaim after reopening in 2018 and winning the International Wine Challenge Champion Sake title in 2021. Brewed with Nagano-grown sake rice and the pristine water of the Kirigamine Highlands, it delivers a clean, balanced junmai with gentle sweetness and a refreshing finish.
