這是一款起源於1697年、以久比岐杜氏流派為傲的酒莊在新潟縣上越市柿崎釀造的本釀造生貯藏酒。以60%精米步合僅低溫殺菌一次,冷藏保存以保持其鮮活生動的風味。全量使用當地契約栽培米,酒體具有恰到好處的米感。
