由自創業之初起受酒造指導的得意弟子、當代名匠中濱昭夫氏(即岡崎達郎氏)精心釀製的純米酒。尤其注重原料米的處理,為引出恰到好處的米萃取精華,在米的吸水環節上傾注了大量心血。爽朗的香氣與酸味鮮活地在喉間蔓延。與其說是甜口,不如說是清爽的辛口,非常易飲。與料理的搭配相性極佳,適合配搭各式料理。
