使用精米步合20%的雄町米釀造的酒。被稱為酒米根源的雄町米,因顆粒大、球形大,以往的精米技術限制在38%左右。然而,借助新開發的最新精米機和改良的雄町米,挑戰極限精米,實現了精米步合20%。這是雄町米史上世界首次的嘗試,將蛋白質和脂質等雜質完全去除,釀出了開拓新境界的風味。古搾り瓶是一款特別限定品,以滴落雫般華麗的香氣和順滑的口感為特點。
