Keisen Junmai Daiginjo Hasamaya is the premium daiginjo expression of the Keisen brand from Hasamaya Sake Brewery (founded 1757) in Kurihara City, Miyagi Prefecture, named after the brewery itself. Situated in the abundant spring-water region of the Kurikoma Highlands, the brewery uses this high-quality water alongside carefully selected rice for a refined, elegant sake. Hasamaya's position as a small, heritage brewery lends a distinctive artisan character to this expression.
