Junmai Daiginjo Asao Infinity is brewed by Hasamaya Sake Brewery (founded 1757) in Kurihara City, Miyagi Prefecture, using Miyagi-grown Gohyakumangoku rice polished to an exceptional 32%. Developed to pair with rich, savory dishes, the sake is designed with a sharp, clean finish and the polishing ratio of 32 carries a numerological association with good fortune. The name 'Infinity' reflects the founders' aspirations for endless possibility in craft brewing.
